Everyone wants a tight booty and nice toned and lean legs. The following four exercises( all separate posts) are excellent in shaping the lower body!
Perform 3 sets of 12 repetions, 2 or 3 times per week. For best results, combine this strength training workout with 45+ minutes of cardio.

Dangit, I hate lunges! I guess I better get to it!
Okay, I have a problem. I have been trying to jog more, and I want to run a 10k this summer, however I get the worst side aches ever! I start running and I do okay for the first 5 minutes, and then I get these terrible side aches and they really hurt. I have worked on my breathing and it hasn't helped and I had a friend tell me that I needed more electrolytes and potassium, so I drank some gatorade before I ran the other day and it did help, I made it a mile and a half before I got a side ache, which is great for me, I usually can't even make it a quarter of a mile before I get one. So anyway, I don't want to drink gatorade every day because it has so much sugar. What can I do to get rid of them?
People shouldn't been that excited about a BUTTOCKS!!!! His BUTTOCKS probably ROCKS though!
